Late on Tuesday evening a helicopter flew over the northern area of Kristianstad. But neither the police nor the rescue services were out on a mission. After a third telephone call, this time to the Swedish Maritime Administration, we got an explanation for the helicopter.
– It’s an air-sea rescue helicopter. It was an exercise, it’s no more dramatic than that, says John Beischer from the Air-Sea Rescue headquarters.
– They’re done now, they ’ve carried out a short exercise.
The helicopter flew round mainly over Araslövssjön.
